ORIGIN & GROWTH

2002 – 2013

Two legends, Sam Elia and Menashe Sadik, hustle hard, scrape funds from friends & family and lock down a prime spot on Oxford Street, London. The wok is lit. Chopstix is born.

The flavour spreads. From London to Edinburgh and beyond, we clock 30 stores nationwide and hit the road with our first motorway service station.

EXPANSION & DIGITAL

2016 – 2021

Boom!! We sign major travel franchise deals with Applegreen in Ireland and Welcome Break in the UK. Franchising goes FULL FLAVE.

Deliveroo riders + red boxes = destiny. We go live and take flavour to the doorstep.

Westfield Stratford gets levelled-up with our new look store design. Sleek. Saucy. Iconic.

A NEW ERA

2023 – PRESENT

We plant our chopsticks in the skies with our first airport location, and hit 100 stores in Bognor Regis. Triple-digit swagger unlocked.

We go live with our new positioning ‘FOR THE FLAVOUR CRAVERS’ and partner up with QSRP to fuel our hyper growth!!! We’re cooking on rocket engines now.

Supermarket takeover time. We launch Frozen Meals with Iceland, smash through 170 stores and drop our boldest store design yet.
